a criminal master mind from before the great war the chaotic and eccentric Blue print. he was famous among criminals, a true living legend who would plan out and orchestrate hundreds of crimes for other criminals to use often times simultaneously, though he was captured before the great war as he orchestrated the greatest heist of all what he referred to as operation hydra, no information was ever recovered on not just his Hydra plan but on any of his other crimes, he created a failsafe incase he was ever located weeping any data or information he had on any and all crimes he was involved with or orchestrated, including robberies kidnappings even terror attacks, and not even torture could work on him as even his brain was bio-mechanical and he apparently either destroyed or hid the memory chip which contained his mind leaving him an empty drooling husk. as penance for his crimes and being deemed an global terrorist threat he was cryogenically frozen and launched into space. unfortunately for the world, turns out his missing mind was a troguan and his mind could be reactivated by a specific sequence being tapped on his teeth. his current where about are unknown as 14 days ago an unidentified space craft crashed into clocktania with his signature written all over it.
