For the record, this fight is strictly between Cool Cat and the 1980's live action Felix the cat (As in, NOTHING from the Felix the cat cartoon or the video game.)Behold: The worst 'Felix the Cat' thing ever made.Yano, I have a love "Love-Hate" relationship with the Felix the Cat franchise.
I like the silent classic black and white cartoons, the 3 Van Beuren Studios shorts are charming classics, and The Twisted Tales of Felix The Cat is one of my favorite cartoons from the 90's and is my personal favorite incarnation of the character.
Some stuff I find just okay; The famous 1953 show had a few amusing moments here and there even if I couldn't get into it as a whole. (Though I did find the theme song catchy and I enjoyed that they gave Felix a catch phrase) While Baby Felix, while obviously aimed at little kids; did have moments of adorableness (and a surprisingly cool dub voice cast)
But then there are things I dislike; The 1988 film "Felix the Cat: The Movie" is a total mess/cluster fuck, and the 2004 Christmas special is just one of the most "meh" things I've ever seen.
