Is there any way you can make a male version of this base?

Well, it wouldn't be that hard to just edit it into a male, all you'd have to really do ish remove the lipstick. :3

Just use the paint bucket and fill in the lips with the color of the skin. To get the skin color take the eyedropper and click any skin-colored area.
