Well, I don't know who Charlie the Unicorn is, but this guy is so cute! I hope that you yourself weren't feeling unhappy when you drew this, but if you just wanted to make a funny cartoon, it IS adorable! I like the horn design, too, and the coloring/outlining techniques. You say you did it in photoshop, yet it looks kinda like colored pencils. Cool!
