Personality
Hasani is an avid learner and finds himself distracted with a constant pursuit of knowledge. He is occasionally excitable and can easily be led astray from his current task by something captivating, as he is still very young. Hasani is slowly adjusting to learning a life alike to an adult's, complete with maintaining focus and self-motivation. He is known to be greedy at times and can become erratic once being told "no". He is unfortunately stuck in his ways as he follows behind in the shadow of his father. Unlike his peers, he prefers to remain out of trouble and is generally known to follow the rules. He firmly believes in tradition, guidance, and obedience; sometimes too blindly. Furthermore, he is captivated by nature and animals and has developed a habit of whispering a soft prayer to himself before eating. Some have found his demeanor to be off-putting or atypical, as his siblings and peers have quickly adapted to their parent's behaviors. Hasani is constantly trying to prove himself to his friends and family, though finds he is most at peace with nature. Though excitable, he is most likely basking or enjoying himself in shallow bodies of water. Hasani is the perfect example of the "hippie" type introvert. Born selectively mute, he is slowly growing into his voice and speaks his mind without a filter on occasion. He is the perfect listener and enjoys peaceful conversations with others. Though he enjoys the company of others, he is particular about who he seeks out. Hasani particularly enjoys time spent with his uncle Kahlua, who has become a father figure in his life. Hasani is a quick learner and prefers to remain silently attentive while being instructed. Fortunately, he is eager to leave his comfort zone and explore.

Hasani was born into a family of stewards; his mother being a Mimea and father Usiku. Although close-minded and occasionally cold, they were caring figures in Hasani's life. Hasani was born fully mute, and preferred to spend his time alone rather than with other cubs. He quickly picked up atypical habits, such as shutting out peer activities or "meditating" in nature. Hasani was perfectly happy remaining in his parents' tent or close to it, studying the acacia and prey animals. He was born with rather large ears and was teased by his peers. Despite the bullying, Hasani would consistently try to prove to pridemates that he was fully capable and intelligent. As his siblings and family came to understand him, they gradually allowed him to independently sort himself out.
