Earlier this morning, Viacom declined a re-merger offer from the CBS Corporation, but may expect to make a counter proposal. Despite that, here is my fan-made CBS Paramount logo in the event that the re-merger between CBS and Viacom goes through and National Amusements names the re-merged company as CBS Paramount by retiring the Viacom name for good and spins off that re-merged company.

The CBS name and Eyemark logos are registered trademarks of CBS Broadcasting, Inc. The Paramount name and mountain logo are registered trademarks of Paramount Pictures Corporation.

UPDATE: Last Tuesday, the CBS Corporation and Viacom, Inc. announced their remerger to each other and a new name for the remerged company: ViacomCBS, Inc.
