he isnt.. i searched on vampieres on Google and found this pic.. without the "theme", only the background.. isnt this breaking the copyrighted law ? or am i totaly lost ?

It's too bad windows 2k doesn't support themes cuz that looks really cool. I have to switch to XP when I get my laptop so I'll have to get it then. :-D great job!

I like the simplicity. A couple suggestions - One, you forgot the add the theme elements on the side. My guess, you forgot to set them a theme elements in settings.
Secondly, I would suggest a different font. Something either thicker or closer to the one used in the taskbar.
Other than those, I'm liking this theme. I was planning on playing around with it myself, to solidify it to my appeal.
