    Yes, I have a one piece OC.
This is Shuya Warai; 20 years old, 5'7, 115lbs, and a huge dork. Her hair is dyed, by the way. She's got a baby face she inherited from her grandmother.
Shuya grew up in a little town on the coast. Her parents came from a long, proud line of fighters- with a style that didn't seem to have a category. Both her parents were dedicated to her, and in their practices, teaching her all they knew in the time before they left the island to continue their training when she was 14. They wrote to her, and visited when they could, but in the meantime... She was left to her own devices, and during that time, inspired by stories about her town's little vigilante group and by the clowns and acrobats in the traveling circus- influenced her already deep love of seeing people smile- and gave birth to her dream of being a hero that travels about, helping people. She carried on this way, training her little heart out, for some time, though not much later in life, she met the supposedly heroic vigilantes, only to discover they were terrible people. She swore to become someone who people didn't have to exaggerate about to have people look up to her.
   Shuya's childish dreams guiding her, she joined up with the circus, taking the stage name 'Giggle' and training as a jack-of-all-circus-related-trades... with animal taming being her main failing, with aiming being the second. She's not a distance fighter, by any means. She can ride a unicycle, making bad puns whilst juggling knives with the best of them, but god forbid she try to throw one of those knives...
  She fights using circus tricks, and a large guillotine-like blade that splits in two more manageable blades. Her style seems like a mesh of acrobatic routines, street brawling, and some sort of traditional martial art. She tends to leave herself open to attacks, but her agility can usually take up the slack. She's unusually strong because of the training she's done with her blades; they're bulky and certainly aren't weightless, and her spars with the performers aren't a light workout.
She tends to wear jester and clown-like clothing, but an acrobat's bodysuit is usually underneath, and occasionally light chain mail. Her boots are steel toed, and they've got bells on.
She's a very childish person, and never seems to know what's going on, but on occasion, she's shown to be unusually down to Earth, noticing and remembering things most don't. She's also one to celebrate every little thing- and she has her 'SUPER magic clown bag,' (hammerspace) which seems to contain any and all party materials at the ready, including: a full-size confetti cannon, balloon animals, decorations for almost every event, costumes (however flimsy and dumb), and a pie-a-pult (seesaw she hits with a mallet when a pie is placed down. Always hits the wrong target.) Even in sad situations, she tries to be the optimist- reassuring everyone when things go wrong, and cheering them up. She takes her self-assigned mission very seriously- and it's so hard to dislike her that she seldom fails, but she also becomes depressed when she does.
