Description
So here's a character that has been invading my mind for like 3 or 4 years now and have never really put to paper properly or developed. However, I did use the story as coursework for one of my classes last year and since I still quite like it, I wanted to use it as a sort of proof of concept.

Some basic information:
He is half Indian, half Spanish, and was born and brought up in Wales.
He attends a university in Scotland, studying forensic science.
He is currently 19.
Up until the accident he was in, he was a normal kid who was known to be very intelligent, though goofy and had a tendency to procrastinate or straight up not do things he didn't want to do.
After the accident most of that personality was unable to show, as the AI making up for the brain damage he recieved has not yet been able to properly process the data relating to it. He is slowly trying to rebuild and reshape his personality, though part of him wants to simply move on.
All of his limbs were badly crushed and had to be amputated. His eyes were also badly damaged from debris. He experienced severe brain damage. By all accounts, he should have died, even with the experimental robotics used to help him, and as such he is treated as a scientific miracle in the scientific community.
Since he is using experimental technology, the government has to keep a close eye on him and check up on him regularly.
