Wow, her expression and well of course her face gives everything you need to know on the title. It gives emotion and understanding of the stupidity of humans. I love how it all blends, the blackness and emptyness of the background, the texture, the blood on her face. The emptyness of her eyes are just like a field trip for emotions, it just shows us nothing we need to know. The forehead and the lips are wonderful. Well that's all I have to say and

I'm lovin' the texturizing and the presentation of this. The colors work well too. Although can I suggest a change in font for 'By Duke' ? Maybe something a little less verdana-ish. Possibly a smaller version of the title text.

Creepy as hell, I like it. I love how you blacked out the eyes, making it look so sorrowful or blank of emotion. Nicely done.

This is brilliant, her forehead makes me wince, it looks terrible painful, I also like the fact that her eyes are black, give a sense that she is used to the pain and that her soul is roaming elsewhere, free of pain while her body is left to take the torture.
