Well, here's another quick animation I decided to make. There's nothing special here.Rhydon is one of those PokΓ©mon that just seem to fit very well in expansion art. So I made this animation where she inflates herself with hot magma.
Anyways, despite the simplicity, I still hope it's good enough

There are lots of inflation artists. But I don't know if they take requests. People who know how to draw usually want money for their work.
Try making a list of the ones you know and take a careful look at their profile pages to see if they take requests. Just don't ask them before checking.
Maybe you can learn how to draw by yourself.
