Quiet goes infiltrated to some PMC base. On inside the base, she careful her step but suddenly got knock out her head from behind. After waking up, she realised that her weapon was stripped and her hand is handcuffed and her body and legs is all tied up. Struggling to escape suddenly one of the mercenaries slowly approach her and trying to give her a 'treatment'.....
