Andrew Stuart started off of as annoying know-it-all nerdy kid who sucked at PE class, Andrew did an experimental invention that successfully gave him the physical strength he needed to pass PE but at a cost, his own intellect being decreased. Andrew was already weak but his intelligence made up for it despite that people (including his annoying parents who were obsessed with physical strength) expected him to be strong and be tough enough to fight back without asking for help from anyone. So he made an invention that would enhance his strength and the way how he gains his superstrength is his biggest downfall ...
His actual brain is the source of his superstrength and ends up becoming more of an idiot everytime he destroys his brain for muscle protein. the more he uses brain's flesh the more stronger but dumber he gets. Andrew sacrificed his intellect for strength as well his health thanks to his deadly brain sucking machine. After passing his PE class, Andrew soon used it for evil and sinister purposes like bullying weaker kids who never hurt him at all. Very soon Doomsday DeathByte got involved when Andrew began to terrorize the school, later in battle, DeathByte defeated Muscle Brain after outsmarting him, destroyed his muscle enhancing invention and Andrew became a complete idiot that can barely think, too weak to lift a spoon and also looked very wrinkly, pale, bald and somewhat disfigured sworn to seek vengeance on his PE teacher for humiliating him in front of his peers and his parents for his life being dragged to HELL as well as DeathByte for kicking his ass

The one on the left is his scrawny nerdy little kid self, this is what Andrew looks like before he gets his muscles and the one on the right is when Andrew gets juiced up and buffed up for a battle that also goes with a skin tan, a chiseled manly face, instant growth spurt/instant puberty and bushy eyebrows
