Description
This is my version of how ULTIMATE GREY MATTER should have looked, and is Edward's version of Ultimate Grey Matter in the ED 10 story. This transformation is only available when the ultimate feature is unlocked.

Appearance: Ultimate Grey Matter has a huge head, with his brain pushing outwards. He also has noticeably small arms and legs, and as such requires a hovercraft just to move and support his head, but he is still able to stand up in his hovercraft if he lands. He has two tendrils on each of his brows and four on his chin, black lips, and sharp teeth. He has rectangular pupils and a third eye in the middle of his head, just below the Ultimatrix symbol and two little black and green cyborg-like parts that surround his brain. Ultimate Grey Matter's hovercraft is green and has an hourglass design on the front, along with two barreled turrets on the sides.

Powers:
The same as normal Grey Matter but extremely augmented, as well as some additions such as:
- Enhanced Durability: He can now withstand way more damage than his base form.
- Energy Projection: Ultimate Grey Matter's mind is so powerful it can now fire energy beams and pulses out of his third eye and create forcefields around it.
- Levitation and Limited Flight: His hovercraft allows him to levitate constantly and confer him a limited ability of flight.
- Telekinesis: Ultimate Grey Matter's mind is so powerful it can now move things with his mind.

Equipment:
- Hovercraft: His hovercraft grants him his mobility.

Weaknesses:
- Hovercraft Dependency: Due to the size of his head in comparison to his limbs, Ultimate Grey Matter is completely dependent on his hovercraft for supporting himself.
- Ultimate Omnivoracious: Since the new Nemetrix was able to turn a normal Panuncian into an Ultimate Panuncian, it is logical that an Ultimate version could have developed more potent powers or other means to hunt Galvans.

Commentary: Even if there was a power trade with the normal ultimates, for example, Ultimate Swampfire losing a mayor part of his regenerative abilities in exchange for more fire power, Ultimate Humungosaur losing his ability to grow in exchange for shooting weird ass explosive bones from his hands, and Ultimate Big Chill losing my respect in exchange for a lazy design, which is why I made my own version of it, the Ultimates created by the Protorix do not have this drawback. This is because the Azmuth that created the Prototrix learned from the mistakes made by the main Azmuth when he created the Ultimatrix and worked with another versions of himself to perfect his own Omnitrix and version of the Ultimates, since it was said even for the main Azmuth himself that the ultimates were not effective and dangerous to use, which is why he discarded the Ultimatrix in the first place. It's because of that, that Edward's ultimates are better than the originals, not losing their abilities in exchange for new ones or enhance the ones they already had. So for example, Edward's version of Ultimate Swampfire retains his amazing regenerative abilities and so on.

The first time Edward used this ultimate form was against Albedo himself. Fun Fact: In that battle Edward couldn't resist making fun of Albedo telling him that even when they were both almost identical, Albedo somehow managed to still be uglier than him.
