In my "What If I was in Dragon Ball?" story, my intervention changed a lot of things, both for the best and the worst. When I first used the Super Dragon Balls, I asked for the six universes previously erased by Zeno to be restored.Mokutan is a member of the Ryūjin species of planet Nenshō from Universe 14. Winner of the North Galaxy tournament of his universe, an honorable warrior with a fiery temper.
He is heavily based on Charizard from Pokémon. His name is literally the Japanese for "Charcoal", and the name of his species come for "dragons" and "combustion" respectively.
