Sam, Ty and Mary should give you one more chance. I know they're angry and all, and they have reasons, but it's kind of immature of them to not respect that you're trying to change. Honestly Bre, I think you should stay. To me, you've proven that you can change for the better, and you have, so honestly, stay if you want, but if you really need a break or something, so be it, and I wish you the best. (:

She can relax and not worry about who ELSE is going to call her a bitch or an immature suck-up today.
And actually, I do know a handful of info on the issue. Hoss told me what happened with Sam, Mary and Bre a while ago on AIM (before my parents blocked it...), when Sam heard Bre's sides of things, and things were at peace for a while. After that, I read the descriptions of the multitudes of ventart from the "Aussie Sisters" to get the current events.
Anyways, I used to be angry at her too, along with Sam and Mary and crew and all their supporters.
But after a while, I saw that, well, being angry won't change anything, it'll just make things worse.
Not forgiving her won't solve any problems.
And most of all, there are more important things to think about then who is telling lies about who.
Yes, feelings may get hurt and all, but in the end, who's going to benefit from letting people who insult you get to you?
Bre used to be their friends, but now she's not, now she doesn't associate herself with them.
So they should leave her be.
If for some reason it happens again,
they can be hypocrits* and retaliate all they want.
*- I noticed that Ty, Mary and Sam often complain about Bre's "support rallying and sucking up to people" through her artwork, and when they get angry at her or accuse her of stuff, THEY draw VENTART to gain support. Is there no hypocrisy in this situation, or did I hit the nail on the head?

I like your ventart too; you put lots of time, thought, emotion and effort into them all. But your ventart isn't being taken the right way. You post those so people know what's going through your mind, and instead they start flaming whoever's making you feel that way. Not that it's your fault or anything, but it's just not right. After all, deviantArt is not a popularity contest, or a gossiping center, it's for people to post their artwork, and use their artwork to display emotion.

But what I'm trying to say is that this whole fighting, and people taking sides, and making hate clubs (yeah I spotted that) is becoming ridiculous. The drama, the arguments, it's not important or necessary and people just need to STOP. Yeah, yeah, Bre started it or whatever, but Bre's trying to finish it, so why can't you guys? I know you're her best friend, and I'm aware of the other people Bre hurt in the past besides you three. It's just that, after all of this, this is the result, two of my idols are leaving dA for good. Mm, I can kinda see where both of your sides are, though I will refrain from taking sides. Perhaps it's true that ventart displays what is on our minds, and it's not right that people have to turn their backs on the ones that made that person upset, whether or not it's the artist's faults.
I don't believe the hate-site was a good idea. I even confessed to Sam I thought it a little extreme. I don't believe the people whom made it were very smart on that part, nor do I think everybody must leave the site to earn their way. Frankly, I don't see why everybody can't just leave everybody alone. If this person bothers you, or doesn't like you, don't talk to 'em. I'm sorry to see the both of you go, and I'll even talk to Sam tomorrow to get to the bottom of it with all the details.
Also, Mumblier, I praise you on the fact that you try not to take sides either, and Ozzy I praise you on the fact you have stuck by Sam's side all this time. -nods head- I am not trying to be mean, but I have heard of some of the things Bre has done that doesn't make me her biggest fan, but I will admit this:

That's what I'm trying to say. My original post on Bre's picture said that I considered the Aussie Sisters' latest responses to Bre's "constant lying and backstabbing" are getting more and more extreme. They even made a hate-club, but so many people complained that they got rid of it. And now... they're just leaving. They still despise one another, so I'm afraid their breaks, no matter how long or short, will have little beneficial effect. I wish they would just realize how immature and trivial how whole... propaganda has become and just drop it. I mean, this is getting WAY out of hand. And this is the climax, where everybody just gives up? THERE IS PEACE TO BE MADE, PEOPLE TO FORGIVE AND THEY'RE JUST QUITTING LIKE IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT.

Well, I think everybody is at fault here in some way or another. Hell, I'm probably causing more and more disputes by sitting here talking about it. However, though I remain faithful to Sam and Hoss, since they are both very kind to me, I still tell my views that everything is bullshit, and I believe everybody needs to leave eachother alone and stop antagonizing eachother, at least for a little while. Perhaps the breaks will be a good thing for everybody, with the hopes that the gang will just leave Bre alone, and hopefully vice versa.

Vent art is not against DA policy, nor is it a way of 'rallying' support. Sam and 'the gang' would have the same opinion of Bre despite the support of their watchers.
And anyways... what is art at all if not vent-art? All art, or at least all GOOD art, should be a reflection of that artist's emotions, right? Be careful what you say about peoples rights to express emotions, especially through art.

I don't consider ventart to be a way of "kissing people's asses", and that's not what Sam, Mary, and Ty were doing. Their "fans" were doing that to them. I'm pretty confident that there were a handful people who support "their cause" in the hopes that Sam and crew will draw them giftart, and THAT is a whole other story involving people's egos getting in their way of them doing what's right. Hell, I was doing that a while ago, until I realized that that's no reason to encourage someone to hurt somebody's feelings, so I decided to give up on such immature behavior and say and agree with what I, YES I, feel is right.
