This is one of my older characters. I do like his design now as compared to his older design. Zephyr is a dragon but he assumes a human like form as to ease other humans. In the official lore i made for him, he is a massive dragon and most times people are scared of him because of his power. He does enjoy his human form more than his draconic form even though he uses both equally. I hope you like him just as much as I do.
