I dont get no days off no more~
Rest assured I am doing stuff. Just the pipeline is more backed up than ever before at this point.
Anyway . . .
I wasn't a huge Carmilla fan before.
Dont get me wrong, she's fine, I just didn't see the appeal a lot of other people did. I certainly never felt like making anything with her before.
But I dont know what happened. I saw a couple posts and comments about everyone's new favorite 8-foot-tall Dommy Mommy, I was listening to Santana, I found Into The Night, and realized that this is apparently something I need to do.
Like a gift from the heavens, it was easy to tell
It was love from above, that could save me from hell
She had fire in her soul, it was easy to see
How the devil himself could be pulled out of me
There were drums in the air as she started to dance
Every soul in the room keeping time with their hands
eEeEeEwWwWw cHaD kRoGeR!!! SHUT UP LEAVE CHAD ALONE HE'S DOING HIS BEST, SANTANA MADE THAT MELODY AND IT'S AS SMOOTH AS CARMILLAS LOVE
Couple things I noticed making this;
1) She has a cowlick - A big one, right on her forehead
2) The markings on her face almost make it look like she has a Luchador mask - not certain if this is intentional or not but it looks neat
3) She has BIG MEATY CLAWS - Seriously someone described her as having crustacean arms a few days ago and that description will never leave me. Most demons/Sinners in the cast seems to be based off an animal of some kind and I'm sorry guys, your favorite Latina Danger Demon Dommy Mommy is a Coconut Crab
4) Imagine getting smacked by those monstrosities, I'm sure thats someone's fantasy . . .
5) That being said, strangely enough my favorite part of her? Those big fuckin' paws, they're inexplicably endearing
6) I might have gone a bit overboard on those "Dancers' Legs" of hers, but it's at least justified because . . . just look at how that woman moves
Maybe it was the music and the very sudden inspiration, the fact she dances so methodically and with such purpose, sings about love and how it gives meaning to even the most desolate existence . . . something tells me she was an extremely passionate woman in life.
As good and interesting as she comes off, she's not the kind of person I would consciously gravitate towards.
But pure, unbridled passion has a way of affecting even the most undesirous and undesirable among us, it seems.
I wanted to capture that. Hopefully I did.
