She became like this due to an experiment to maximize the effects of cerebral consumption, but the researchers made the mistake of using a rather dumb, horny, and nice individual as the subject, resulting in this lady right her. So now, she's on the run while trying to cut her ties to her original elder brain. Oh, also she specializes in transmutation magic, specifically embiggening.
