While a good work, I wonder why a gentleman from the Victorian era would carry a broadsword. Wouldn't he be more likely to carry a rapier, or perhaps a flint-lock pistol? I would take that up with the commissioner though.
The troublesome thing is the fact that the man in contemporary attire wields a 2½ foot sword, but a two-handed grip which makes it looks like a really really short claymore . It doesn't really seem to be a functional sword, as such.
That'd be easy to fix though, just lengthen it, and perhaps augment the tip, so as to make it appear to be less askew.

Yeah, that is a funny way to hold a sword, but this isn't a How to Hold a Sword tutorial, so it's okay. XD You did justice and then some to these characters. I love how you juxtapose Jason's down-to-earth look and stern glare with Riley's daper dress and cavalier expresson.

Well done. I love how the contrasts are between the two characters. One is very rugged and casual, and the other is sharply dressed but creepy. And then there's the swords, of course. You did the light reflection on them very nicely.
