I just finished the DLC, and because I'm one of those stupid gamers that don't listen to dialogues very carefully, I might have not understood the ending correctly.... for me it looked as if both of them saw all the Sci-Fi effects and just said "... yeah whatever" and went home. Probably I'm wrong.Related content

My impression of the end was that funny enough Ezio distracted Leonardo to talk about himself then the silly numbers as Ezio knows it has nothing to do with them; Because Minvra (sp) said she wasn't talking to HIM. XD
My fangirl conclusion that Maybe Ezio was worried about Leonardo as Salai kept mentioning how engulfed Leonardo was about the Apple. Poor thing X]
That's just my impression XD Ezio more clever then one would first think XD

There was a part of the Assassins Creed Brotherhood entry on Wikipedia that's been taken down. Suppossably at "43 39 19 N and 75 27 42 W", there was a major battle during the American Revolution. So this could be setting up not only Desmond's plot for Assassins' Creed 3, but also setting up when the Animus parts will take place.

The coordinates at the end are of a town named Turin in new york. This name may not mean anything if you haven't been playing "Project Legacy" (The Facebook app) because there is something that is called like that, The Shroud of Turin, a Piece of Eden that can heal anything but has a side effect of making you "remember" your ancestor's live. Yes, the probabilities of the Animus being based of it is high. Anyway, Ezio understood that it was the same deal with Minerva, not meant to him, and since that part of America hasn't been discovered yet, at least I think so, Leonardo says that it doesn't mean anything while Ezio, who has seen the complete world thanks to the Codec knows.
