Pikachuβs mouth should be open, he always say "pee-kaa-CHU!" when he charges up and subsequently unleashes his electrical attacks. I'm assuming that in the given context peekaachu translates into kamehameha, lol. Also, pikachu seems kinda fat in this picture which is made funnier by the fact that a) pikachus are one of the fastest land pokemon, and b) he never gets in his pokeball, meaning he walks everywhere he goes. Additionally, I understand that you need to show the pokeball in snakes hand, but the way he's holding it in order to do so makes it look like he's about to limp wristedly toss the pokeball as opposed to fast pitching it like a man. Just saying.
