From "Dr. Who". I got suggestions to draw him from numerous people so I tried~When I see his face I get the slight urge to throw cushions at him (in a friendly way).

Doctor Who ran from 1963 until 1989, during which time the 1st Doctor regenerated to the 2nd who regenerated to the 3rd and so on to the 8th Doctor. After that the show was put on hiatus until they started broadcasting again in 2005 with Christopher Eccleston as the 9th Doctor, who regenerated into David Tennant as the 10th. Look it up on Wikipedia if you still don't get it.
