This is awesome. The only thing about this pose that bothers me (especially when I first saw it in the movie) is that with the way he's holding the bow, there's no way he would be able to pull the string back far enough to actually shoot the arrow very far. He's only be able to pull it back as far as his right arm is extended before he hit his torso.
Eh, that's just me being picky. It's an awesome picture, and I can't wait to play that game.

But, didn't the assassin just released the arrow so the bow is not pulled back anymore.(thus the bow isnt in firing position anymore)
And the assassin is just still facing that directions because you cannot change your course in midair that quick. Or am i wrong here?

I'm sorry, I can't tell what you mean by that. If you're saying what I think you are, it doesn't matter if he just released the arrow or not. The point is in the position he's in, he wouldn't have been able to draw the bow far enough back to get any real power behind the arrow.
