It looks more like Nightwing in-game because the main body is white and and the detail is blue.

It's inFAMOUS: Second Son, set 7 years after the inFAMOUS series. It's an amazing series. You'd likely enjoy the series. Fairly sure there's an inFAMOUS Collection for PS3 available that has the first and second game, and a free-to-download DLC side story called Festival of Blood.

Lovely fanart. I had a great amount of fun playing this one, I dare say my favorite out of the trilogy! Starting out as a badass kid that doesn't really give a flip about much, ends up saving a whole community and the conduits. Much <3 for Delsin!
