pasted biohazard logo onto a clouds BG with a minor twirl.
3 easy steps... it may yield some slightly eye pleasing effects at first... but this sort of stuff is refered to around here as FILTER WHORE. you relied on the filters for the looks. filters dont make art, they make messes. filters CAN make good stuff, but not when they are the whole thing. Here, you did nothing really... PS did all the work.
