What if Twilight never made friends? What if the Elements of Harmony would have been destroyed forever?
What if Celestia had been forced to handle all the problems herself? How would the story go then?
Here's a new comic series from Mr-Spider-The-Bug and doubleWbrothers where we will get all the answers to the question: "What if Celestia..."
Drawn and mostly written by Mr-Spider-The-Bug (You can check his other comics)

Don’t think the episode ever confirmed that she got banished or that she just went into hiding. She just appears when the sun rises.
But Lauren Faust however did say that she was banished to the sun. So that’s likely true. The question is when and how, since it took Celestia all the Elements just to banish Luna.

This alternate past is literally based on the premise that Twilight never made any friends, so they would still be back in Ponyville.
Now, if you want to know how the heck Twilight got the the Castle of the Two Sisters without their help, I have no idea. Teleport spam, maybe?

No, her first teleport was in s1 ep2 when she ran to the Nightmare Moon and teleported behind her. In "The Ticket Master" episode, she made the first teleport to a long distance, not the first teleport in general.
And considering this, she had experience in teleportation even before that, or she wouldn’t even think of making this move.

That line in Ticket Master always confused me. I know she teleported behind Nightmare Moon when she charged at her, but the line made it sound like she didn’t know she could and that she recently just figured it out. Thanks for clarifying that

Um, Celestia didn't hide. She was sealed in the moon. Show literally showed that.

Celestia was sealed? How? Only elements of harmony could do this. Nightmare Moon obviously could not use them. And she never said that she "actually" sealed Celestia. She just said "you will never see her again" which can be understood as an empty threat. Think for yourself. Between time when Nightmare Moon freed from the moon and appeared in front of the pony, have passed couple of minutes. Nightmare Moon сould seal Celestia during this time?
The maximum that could happen is that she went straight to Cantrelot, Scared there a couple of guards and found out from them that Celestia should be in Ponyville. Teleported to Ponyville and found nobody but a bunch of ponies.
Where did she go after that? She began to investigate and went to the castle of 2 sisters too. Considering her behavior, it is clear that she also has no idea where Celestia is, and trying to find her. And along the way to find and destroy the elements too.

Huey is correct, it was in the alternate universe that she was sealed in the moon. In the original, Faust confirms that Celestia was sealed in the sun as a bit of poetic justice by Nightmare Moon.
