Description This is a new image that I'm still working on a little bit; originally shot in the studio with color-slide film. Then I scanned the slide, extracted the color and replaced it with my beloved sepia color tones and experimented with blur. Generally, I don't like to work with PhotoShop or the computer, but I'm starting to see a few ways in which it can lend itself to my work and what I have already achieved on film with traditional photography. I like the idea that PhotoShop can assist and be a tool for old fashioned light and film. Tony was taken on by the Lyons Group in NYC, and they asked me to shoot him here in Michigan and send the results, but at the time I met and photographed him, he was with Affiliated Models in Detroit.

i personally think the pic would have been better without the blur ... but, hey, that's my untrained eye for ya ...
