Lots of nice little details here, like having an amount of extra eyes that correspond to the extra arms or the little snakes around the main head.

Wow, great design! reminds me of that snake-like demon from The Gate. Love the tendril-beard. He kinda looks... calm and relaxed.

I saw this image and thought to myself, "that looks like Yig!"  Then I noticed the title...

This is very cool, and it definitely has a Lovecraftian feel about it.  I can imagine a throng of crazed cultists dancing around the bulk of Yig's hideous form.
