A character based on the Black/Blue (Dimir) philosophy: the Deceiver.----
TIL (or I learned when I drew this) Magic has squid people. The Cephalids from Dominaria are already basically blue/black, and have never been seen since their original premiere back in 2002. Was a lot of fun to draw.
