first of a handful of tarot inspired pieces featuring my oc's from my upcoming comic.the moon: illusion, fear, anxiety, insecurity, subconcious. deceiving yourself, chasing after a fantasy, lacking courage, giving in to the shadow self, releasing inner demons, losing purpose, wandering aimlessly.
the moon provides light as a reflection of the sun, yet this light is dim, uncertain, and only vaguely illuminates our path as we journey towards high consciousness. the left and right side represent the tamed and wild aspects of our minds.
