Description It was back to blowing snow today and the poor little guys were all huddled up in the lilac bushes. I climbed into the middle of the bushes and sat in the snow as quiet and still as I could to get this shot.

Hummm... free as a bird... doesn't look like much fun! It's a great shot though and the framing is nice... it just enhances your image and doesn't detract!!!!

I make sure they have lots of seeds to eat. They are here all winter and are pretty hardy little guys. I guess that's why they never seem to stop moving. Thank you so much. I appreciate your comments and support.

Where I live, we get cold winters a lot, and we still see chickadees all winter. I don't think they mind the cold at all, they find warm places.
