honestly surprised its taken me so long to post Simon as he's one of my fav ocs ever,

Simon used to be a semi-famous musician/singer in 1920s New Orleans that was the life of the party until he was found dead after hanging out with the wrong pack of werewolves one night, he was left for dead but then was turned into a vampire by an unknown figure. After that he mostly lurked in the shadows rather than being the centre of attention but around 202X he started performing again after meeting and being slowly convinced by his now partner.

he's terrified of werewolves and has intense Ptsd from both being attacked which caused a personality shift from being outgoing and confident to an anxious mess who can no longer sing in front of other people or bite them because he couldn't control his thirst for blood when he first was turned and had a series of brutal killings that lasted a month until he finally could control himself and has since then refused to drink human blood (even though he struggles extremely hard with keeping himself in check)
