I've had this idea in my head for a while about a Doctor Who story were he encounters a version of the Universal Soldier program.

The episode would start with the pre-titles scene of the Doctor and Clara inside the Tardis discussing several random things as the Tardis materializes somewhere new and interesting, just as Clara heads to the doors there is a loud bash into them, she slowly opens one and peers out. Looking around she sees an unconscious soldier lying on the ground, the Doctor peers round a few seconds later says "whoops", run title. After the titles it would go back several hours to the soldiers being set up and being deployed, with their commands/orders being received by their eye pieces and radios then being mercilessly carried out.

With the order of search and destroy the soldiers would split up and search the surrounding area where eventual one unlucky soldier will walk right into a materializing Tardis causing his body to absorb a strong dose of Artron energy. As the Doctor examines the unconscious soldier, command try to re-establish communication with him via his radio as it is still in relatively working order.

As the episode goes on the soldier starts behaving erratically as the Artron energy and the substances in his system start reacting to each other causing his mind to start question things as well as his body changing to reveal scars and other marks removed by the program to hide his identity.

By the end of the story the soldier has run riot against the program, destroying it's headquarters and through his in-ear radio and physical contact infected the other soldiers with the artron energy causing them all to remember who they are completely except that is for himself. It turns out that not only is he actually the oldest soldier(due to being cryogenically frozen) but also with most military weapons: the prototype.

After swearing he will find the people behind the program as the building(s) burn to the ground around him the soldier, remembering only his first name; Alec and that he loves macaroni and cheese runs off with The Doctor and Clara to discover or re-discover who he is.
