Looks great, as I expected.

Only after each restart I have to re-apply the theme so that the explorer.exe skin is working.
Know of any fix maybe?

There's something wrong with your Windows installation. Happen to me as well on an buggy Windows 8.1 to 10 upgrade.
The best solution is a fresh Windows install.
