If you look carefully at the instructions, you'll find the Chrome fix there.
As for the other things, those are using the UWP UI which is impossible to theme.
Windows themes only apply to Win32 apps.

Because you didn't follow the instructions properly.
From your message it seems the theme didn't apply at all.
This can be for 2 reasons:
1. The patcher didn't patch all the three needed DLL files.
In this case please run the UltraUXThemePatcher again as admin and take a look at the status of the 3 DLLs. If some of them are Not patched then you have to take ownership of those files before running the patcher again, just as I mentioned in the instructions.
Finally the patcher should look like this www.dropbox.com/s/53h51uf39m68β¦
2. You didn't copy the theme files in the right place.
Your C/windows/resources/themes folder should look something like this www.dropbox.com/s/q4xsfgprco6yβ¦

Those files: themeui.dll and uxinit.dll which you can find in c/windows/system32
Uxtheme.dll looks okay since the status says "no need to patch".

Another way is to use this right click menu hack:Β www.majorgeeks.com/files/detaiβ¦
Then run the patcher again as admin... this is very important... as admin!
Restart, then run the patcher again to see if the status of the files has changed to "patched".

That's not my theme so I don't know what the problem is there. Please contact the author of the theme about this issue.
Maybe try switching Windows to Dark Mode and see if it work better.
