About making Windows themes...
1st you need to purchase the main tool which you have to use to create the themes: vistastylebuilder.com/download… but keep in mind that the tool hasn't been updated for a while and it can be pretty buggy!
2nd used the license key to register the official forum vistastylebuilder.com/forum/ and download the latest beta version 1.5.6.3.
3rd take a look at this www.scribd.com/doc/182260900/T…
... it's a guide made for Vista but most of the elements are in the same place in Win10 as well... the major exception is the taksbar and start menu which can't be styled in Win 10 (unless you use a 3rd party app... which I don't use).
4th of course you can check out the official forum above for more information and solutions to the many problems you will encounter.
It's not an easy job cause you'll do a lot of trial and error so you need nerves of steel to do it.
