Whether it is a TG pic or not I will leave to you, this is basically a non Psi-capable Terran if I where to design them.BTW Yes I know very similar to Kerrigan!!
Although I might go with something sleeker and more latexy. they also unlike a Ghost who becomes an Infested have a tail to make up for only having vestigial wing-blades.
It's a rough warm-up sketch, helps get ideas out of my head so I can work on things I need to so.
Here is my caption... "Where does it hurt?"

Maybe The ugliness of infested terrans in-game is due to Kerrigan's vanity? not wanting any other Zerg/human to look as good as she does?
And caption idea would be even more bad-@$$ if the infested terran had several talons impaling her victim.

Really? I just replayed the single-player campain of SC1 and I don't remember ever seeing the AI use infested terrans. (well, not till Brood Wars) And I thought you got control of Kerrigan before you ever got a chance to use Queens to infest command centers.

I looked at some of the Starcraft Wiki-stuff Apparently Kerrigan HAS been refining the process. (It had a high failure-rate leaving walking bombs)

I don't know anything about SC2, but clearly there are different types of infestation as Lt. Duran and the Dark Templar Matriarch were infested by Kerrigan yet still passed for normal humans/protoss. (Yes, I know there was something else going on with Duran, but you assume he started as a human infested by Kerrigan, otherwise why would she assume she controlled him?)

Actualy you see an infested command center before you see infested terrans. Than kerrigan gets infested and then you get to make infested terrans in a later mission so its
infested command center > infested kerrigan > infested terrain
