Apparently the local arch-Magus wanted to see Robin and his/her mother, he lives on a gyre of ley lines which he is attuned to. Others usually are not, and can be painful like a magic overload unless you wear clothing (Latex is resistant) or other protections that partially shields you.The Arch-Magus wanted to see the Fem version of Robin. The AM is reported (incorrectly) to being a pervert but actually harmless, Political enemies and such
Robin has no active magical abilities but does carry a hypersensitivity to mana crests.
Mother and "Daughter" are both red-heads (male Robin is a dishwater blond)
Madaline is also using the experience to teach Robin to walk in high heels.
Edit: Their skin is a little less pale ATM

I have no Idea ATM Took me a while to find a justification for a mother and daughter to be wearing those outfits without seeming creepy so I figured the best idea was to draw on earlier mention of using latex in my magic universes as a resister.

To be honest, I was kinda fresh out of ideas at the time, but I distinctly remember thinking that walking with latex feet coated with baby oil would be REALLY hard, and that latex skin would feel really bad on burning hot car seats.
