short bio:
Bulletin is a bullet shot during WWII,his left arm was emptied by some kidnappers who interrogated him and was left with just his floppy arm
skin he covered it and uses the skin to store a harpoon that he uses for fighting,he is a harsh,cold,an almost careless being who just doesn't
give a damn if someone is dying,what is under that helmet is a "mystery"since if he takes it off,it will be like a flash grenade thrown directly
into your eyes,you won't be able to see anything but all the atrocities that happened during the war and hear the faint sound of all the
screams and screeches of the souls of the people that tragically died during the war that amongst other horrible things ,lives with a blue and white marble,who he named "little one" who he saved during his sparing week (one week he spares lives and the next he doesn't), and "wine glass".Little one is an important part of his existence,seeing him as the child he never had,and wine glass who he promptly nicknamed "soldier" treats him like an assistant for his paperwork(just writing down and archiving all his memories and anecdotes from the war including from other veteran bullets),he has 2 other bullet friends whose names are "brulette" and "billet" who live in another world that bulletin can enter with just opening a door wich is more like a worm hole other then anything else.

-he daydreams often for 6 hours straight
-the harpoon is completely handmade by himself
-only those who lived the war or know absolutely everything about it,are not affected at all by the "helmet flash"
-he can speak fluent german and he used to but just faded the ascent away
