I was politely asked by Lex Lang on twitter if I was going to animate fish (Which I assumed he meant the Crash Twinsanity cutscene) and I couldn't say no to one of my favorite voice actors, so here we are! I originally wanted to do the whole cutscene but I have a lot of projects I want to do by the end of the year and life has been busy lately so I decided to just do the main rant of cortex and call it at that.
