That's a really Really good wording of the idea.  Definitely something a decent Grey Jedi would follow.  I have my own version, but compared to this, it's just a rewording of a quote.

I did it using aspects of the grey Jedi code, but remembering the ancient Je'daii order, plus I also thought it would be good to make it end thinking of others rather than oneself

I can't swear to it, but it looks to me like this new code incorporates the best elements of the Sith Code along with the Jedi. Very smart move. Very smart.
