Description
Plot: Emil was an orphan after she was born. At the age of 6, a strange man told her that she was inherited a factory that her father established. He was a great inventor who loved steampunk machines. It took him 10 years to build up this factory and all the machines were made by himself. His wife was died after gave birth to Emil and then he disappeared. Emil went to the factory and was really surprised when she saw the world that her father created. No one knows that he also made a time machine, and it was kept somewhere in the factory. Emil found the Squid ship and the records of her father introducing how to use his machines. She learned them everyday to control this factory and one day, the secret revealed...First place in the Flickr Ratatouille contest in Pxleyes: [link]

This is simply outstanding! I like how you put all the sources togheter, and I'm really amazed, because I read the rules of the contest and the choice of the photos was limited, and this makes this work even more incredible! I like also the plot for this image... Beautiful!

this is probably top 20 in pxleyes... would prolly be more like top 5 or no. 1 if wazowski wasnt a member... check the top rated projects on there and see find out... let me know where you rank

21st, you're very close to that! because I made some changes during the submitting period, someone rated me lower, I guess. This is the best PTS work of mine in Pxleyes so far. But this week my drawing gets the 2nd rank (The remake of "La soif") of the top 50, and that makes me even happier than this piece

All 7 works of Waz are on the top 7, then jaskier (I really admire him), two pieces of drawing, only two used the same strategy as mine when combining many factors in one piece, I like this one: [link] The other works basically based on playing with the shape and color of the source (or CBR), rarely use external sources. Last two weeks, a work of PXLeyes (or Chan4Creator in the previous PST) got the 13th rank, I think you should check this one: [link]
One important thing is the voters have changed, one year ago they were different people, so the average score changed, and what a pity, it reduced

Because of the contest theme, it forced me to think base on the available image. I tried different ones but I can't connect them, so I try Steampunk as my favourite theme, and "machine" to make it more details. Actually the idea just came from one or two main photo, that's the octopus and the metal frame photos, then I think to the other, how they can connect to these images, very spontaneous, but that's the best way to create something new IMO
