Hello, it is 1st time I see basque language, said to be uncategorized. But at first sight I understood how to decipher it with only English and Portuguese background, it is a Indo-european language as expected, but its nouns are paraphrases: stem = noun and suffix = action !!! This is the Rosetta stone of it. You can continue !!!

The dog = The one who runs after the staff = staff + run

The wolf = The one who eats bones = bones + eat

Simple !!!

I studied linguistics long time ago but not intellectual neither practical side of it. But I'm gifted in deciphering.

This is a gift to you, if you speak a latin and a germanic language, go ahead !!!

Very simple:

What doesn't belongs to me belongs to others.

What doesn't belongs to others belongs to me,

That's my personal definition of belonging.

But most of my discover will probably be in paranormal field, although I can do some in linguistics field and in science field without the materials. I'm good at everything, just no job and no diploma with my ambitions, but it's not a requirement to discover things, as discovering can either be luck or be searching during years. It's not my first discover and it won't be my last !!!

The artistic part is the fact that it is a Rosetta stone. A true one. A document can be an art when it goes beyond itself.
