Chief bogo actually didn’t believe in her ever since she arrived
Judy wanted to prove to bogo that she IS a real cop
And she will make him very very proud
Chief bogo actually scoffs and doubted that
But
When he found out that she DID prove him wrong by finishing her mission
And completing it
Chief bogo had guilt in him
He didn’t believe in her at the beginning but he felt like he should’ve given her a chance
He walks to her
Bogo: Judy…
She looks up at him in confidence
Bogo: I was wrong about you. You ARE a real cop. I shouldn’t have doubted you ever since you got here. You proved me more than wrong you made me Proud! And I am sorry for how I treated you in the beginning
Judy just smiles at him and thanks him
