He was depressed
Homer was driving with his son in the car with him
Homer just whimpers as he drives
Bart sits in silence
Then he looks to his father
Homer tries to wipe away his tears
Then once they made it home
Homer parks at his garage
But he still stayed in the car and so did Bart
Homer: son….why did our lives have to be ruined like this? Why did it have to happen to us? Why couldn’t it just happen to Flanders or someone else who doesn’t matter??
Bart was sad
Homer then cries on the wheel
Bart sheds a tear as he felt bad for his father
Bart hugs homer
Homer hugs Bart back as he cries
Bart: I still love you the way you are, dad.
Homer whimpers in sadness
Homer: come on son. Let’s go inside and tell everyone the bad news.
Bart Carries his dog father out of the car
Bart holds his father as he gets inside
Marge: son, where did you get that dog?
Bart: no mom. This is dad…. Homer!
Marge was shocked to see what happened to her husband
Bart: and not only that but he’s cursed and can’t be normal again!
Marge was even more shocked
