Sorry this pic is so late. My work schedule has been hectic lately -_-This weeks Star Pic is the Magic pic for Andromeda Star.
Annie is a master of Restraining/Binding Magic. In her Mini Mode Annie is able to create magical bindings from as simple as handcuffs up to what you see above. She can do this to several targets at once as well. In her Meister Mode she can bind hundreds of targets at once! And the strength of her bindings are nearly indestructible! Even Draco has trouble sometimes.
