Description
A long forgotten branch evolution of Vigoroth, Megaloth is now a Ground/Fighting type Pokemon. While it is nowhere near as active as its previous form, it is still more active than Slaking. Usually content with feeding on any vegetation it can find, it can and will viciously fight off attackers with its massive claws. The fangs in its mouth appear to be a leftover trait and don't seem to serve any purpose. Some experts have suggested that they were for intimidation while others argue that it is both large enough and strong enough repel potential predators. The ability to stand upright and spot predators while showing off its height may have also deterred potential threats. There are even some folks that believe Megaloth is not actually a one hundred percent herbivore and would occasionally feed on carrion that it happened to find.
Unlike Slakoth and Vigoroth, Megaloth can not climb trees and instead lives in burrows that it dug out of hillsides. These burrows would eventually be used by ancient humans after the beast vacated the premises for one reason or another.
