When I started on this, I was originally just going to give my old Mecha Baragon a new head, the one you see here, but as I looked over it, I decided that it was incredibly bad. It only somewhat resembled Baragon, so I needed to scrap the design and start all over.Old Version: [link]
I don't know about you, but I'm incredibly pleased with how this new version came out. It looks a lot more threatening than before.
I've also decided to make this #25 Trouble Lurking on my 100 Word Meme because Baragon is a digging kaiju.
Since this Mecha Baragon is based primarily on the Showa version of Baragon, I'm thinking of making one that is based more on the Millenium version from Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidora like the original Mecha Baragon was supposed to be.
Oh yes, and as always, the blue silhouette is a to-scale Zaku I.

Seems like you removed the bulk. Did the bulk bother you?

Sort of. The limbs seemed too fat and short to actually be useful and the head was more like a lion than Baragon's rat/lizard face.
