Description
Second commission for Slovak Dragon Eende. This one I´ve started two months ago, finally finished at hospital. Not much to say about, just my favourite pencil style
4B and 5B pencils on A4 bristol

Great picture.
That said, I think the wings are taking up too much of the composition, even though there is a really good wing texture. Also, the dragon fits too well into the frame, making it seem off.

Yeah I know. Commissioner wanted really big wings, I was even increasing them like three times.

wowowooooow!!!!!! i tried to draw a dragon in pencil for my exam piece once and failed miserably, well i scraped a pass but it was pretty dire anyway, its a lot harder than i though it would be and the fact that you have created something this amazing, it actually inspires me to try again....

No ref for Dragon or background, everything is from my head (maybe one or two clouds are from one calendar with photos)

Detailed and expressive as usual, but the right eye looks a bit askew to me. But maybe I'm squinting ^^

I´d say that left eye should be placed higher than it´s now. I noticed that too late :/
